SMN Studio provides digital and creative services, including but not limited to:

- Custom Digital Solutions
Due to the customized and digital nature of these services, refunds are subject to the terms outlined below.
3. Non-Refundable Services
Payments are generally non-refundable for:
- Completed projects or delivered work
- Custom design and development services
- Logo and branding projects
- SEO and digital marketing services already initiated
- Domain registration fees
- Web hosting fees
- Third-party software or license purchases
- Consultation or strategy sessions
- Any service where work has already commenced
4. Eligible Refund Requests
A refund may be considered in the following situations:
Before Work Begins
If a project is canceled before any work has started, a partial or full refund may be granted at the sole discretion of SMN Studio.
Duplicate Payment
If a customer accidentally makes duplicate payments, the duplicate amount will be refunded after verification.
Service Unavailability
If SMN Studio is unable to provide the purchased service due to reasons solely attributable to us, a refund may be issued.
5. Advance Payments
Advance payments, booking fees, or project deposits are generally non-refundable because they reserve project resources and scheduling.
However, refund requests may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
6. Project Cancellation
If a client cancels a project after work has started:
- Charges for completed work and time invested will be deducted.
- Any remaining eligible balance may be refunded at the sole discretion of SMN Studio.
- No refund will be provided for completed milestones or delivered work.
7. Client Delays
No refunds will be issued if a project is delayed, suspended, or terminated due to:
- Lack of communication from the client
- Failure to provide required content or materials
- Delayed approvals or feedback
- Changes in project requirements after work has commenced
8. Digital Marketing and SEO Services
Digital marketing and SEO services involve ongoing efforts and do not guarantee specific results.
Therefore:
- No refunds will be issued based on rankings, traffic, leads, sales, or business performance.
- Monthly service fees already paid are non-refundable once services have begun.
9. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method whenever possible.
Refund processing may take 7–14 business days, depending on the payment provider and banking institution.
10. Chargebacks
Customers are encouraged to contact SMN Studio before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute.
Fraudulent or unjustified chargebacks may result in suspension or termination of services.
11. Changes to This Policy
